If you want to hand over a 6-STEN-140-M military battery which was obtained before accepting the quest, you have to move it to a different inventory slot for the "Find" objective to trigger.
Bug: Accepting the quest and handing over a battery in the same raid does currently not work in local PvE game mode raids.
