In this quest you first have to find the debtor on Streets of Tarkov. He can be found in room 206 on the second floor of the northern Pinewood hotel building. The room does not require a key.

Next you have to find the prison warden's apartment. The apartment is located in the Chekannaya 15 apartment building on Streets of Tarkov. A Chekannaya 15 apartment key is required to enter the apartment. The wanted apartment is the easternmost one on the second floor. It can only be accessed via the western staircase from the third floor through a hole in the floor of cell #5. The debris in the second floor hallway can only be passed by proning.
