Peacekeeper
In this quest you have to stash the 2 specified items in a rowboat at the beach near the gas station on Shoreline. After accepting the quest you will be sent a MF-UNTAR body armor and a Leatherman Multitool via in-game mail. The Leatherman Multitool is not lootable from players and persists upon death as long as it is placed in a special item slot. Each item takes 10 seconds to stash.
