In this quest you have to gain and maintain the Fatigue effect for 8 minutes. The effect is caused by constant use of stamina during the critical amount state (red bar) and can be stacked infinitely. One stack only lasts for 3 minutes, so continual use of stamina in the the critical amount state is required to get the effect for 8 minutes. The duration can be checked on the thorax in the health tab.
